Converted Natives Can't Be Trained

I sorry if this is written in the wrong forum - but here it goes!

I, somehow, disabled Converted Natives training - which means, that I can't train them in the cities they came come. I am currenly using the AODII mod - but that should be the problem, or what?

I was able to train Converted Natives in a fresh "vanilla" installation, but now I can't train them any more...

Doesn't anyone know what I've done wrong? Or is there a nifty XML trick to have the job done?
