Corporations Bugged?

In my most recent game, I built my strategy around founding Mining Inc and ending up with more hammers than I know what to do with. The civilopedia says that Mining Inc requires a Great Engineer, Railroad tech, and Iron OR Copper OR Coal OR Gold OR Silver OR Lead.

I have the Railroad Tech, A Great Engineer on standby, and several sources of Iron, Copper, and Silver. Yet, for some reason I still can't build Mining Inc? I don't know if this is a case of the Civilopedia reporting inaccurate information, if the corporation itself is bugged, or if i'm just completely ********.

If you have the game option "Realistic Corporations" on then you can't found corporations they do it themselves where ever they want. They accept no government control.

Aw crap, I turned that option on and didn't even realize it. There's so many options on the custom game screen that I accidentally turn on options I don't want half the time. I guess i'll just cheat and world-builder it in, then. Thanks for clearing that up.
