Corporations

Im new to this mod and my question is how do i found corporations?I reach Globalization in tech and had many great persons and still cant create them.So wath else do i need?

Do you have realistic corporations on in the game options if so when conditions are right it will found and spread.
For example if a corporation needed oil and you have oil it should be created

I believe three nations need to meet the requirements for corporations to found themselves if you have realistic corporations on.
