Is there a mod that changes the city-state unit adjectives, for example, from Warsaw Spearman to Polish Spearman, Jerusalem Archer to Israelian Archer, Kuala Lumpur Rifleman to Malaysian Rifleman, etc?
Would bring more immersion, atleast to me.

You should work on these yourself. Text changes are a great beginner project.
I'd suggest Warsovian for Warsaw, Jerusalemite for Jerusalem, and Lumpurian or Kuala Lumpurian for Kuala Lumpur.
If you have any doubts about what to call the people, the type of words you're working with is called "Demonym."
It's better to name them after the city, because what happens when you call the people from Tyre Phoenician? What will you call those from Sidon? Tyrian and Sidonian would work better.
Or what about the Free City of Danzig? They gave allegiance to their country, even though they were marginally administered by Poland but were overwhelmingly German. I believe the demonym in this case is Danzigite.
It hasn't been updated for G+K, but Not Another City States Mod changed the demonyms as well as the popups to refer to the country (among several other changes).
