could i achieve this for a unique Unit ?

Hi , Is there a way to achieve to have a unique Unit via modding, that Is able to travel into Other Civs Territory, But without declaring war to that Civ ? In Civ v ist was possible...i Do not remember the Name of that ability though

It Would Be also cool if that Civ could not See that Unit that Is travelling into their Territory.

Look in the Apostle and Missionary units, these are the only ones that I know that can walk into other CIVs territories freely ,aside from Barbarians
