Could really use some help..

Hey all, I'm about to ask a really nooby question here. I have found quite a few different graphic modpacks and some mod components that I like. I just don't know how to add them to the game so that I can use them. Take this one for example...

I just want to know how to add something like this to the game.
Can more than one graphic modpack be used at once?
All help will be greatly appreciated!!

More than one graphic modpack can be used at once so long as they don't overlap. (Like downloading another destroyer and trying to use it.) This is a nice looking unit BTW. Usually the modder puts them in 'mock' folders that follow the directory. I think the reason this modder didn't is because there are no units like this in the game for it to substitute. So you will have to either add in a new unit altogether to include them, or make this the new graphic for another.
