History :
The County of Tripoli (1109–1289) was the last Crusader state founded in the Levant.
The Crusader state was captured and created by Christian forces in 1109, originally held by Bertrand of Toulouse as a vassal of Baldwin I of Jerusalem. The County of Tripoli later became a substate of the Principality of Antioch in the 13th century.
In the mid-1200s, its leader Bohemond VI, under the influence of his father-in-law Hetoum I of Cilician Armenia, swore vassalage to the Mongol Empire, and contributed troops to the Mongol conquests in the region. In retaliation, the Sultan Qalawun, of the Muslim Mamluks in Cairo, attacked and destroyed both Tripoli and Antioch, absorbing the territories back into the Islamic Empire in the late 1200s. The Fall of Tripoli took place in 1289.

Well, I get sporadic time to play, and every now and again I'll just say "today I'm playing civ, not modding civ." Usually when I have something to playtest I play a mini-game, rather than set myself up in World Builder just to keep on my toes. My friend told me that, as I become a modder, I'll play less which is true. But ultimately I only mod to play, so there will be a point when I am finished and will go back to playing.

Well i see mods like a house ( not the type you pay credit for 40 years i come from an european country where the habit is to build from 0) you never stop working at them there is always something to improve and everytime you say finally its over something else pops up:lol:

Good point, but I certainly have a set end-point with this mod, and then I rest... like god, except I exist. :mischief:

sorry, I couldn't resist.

Hahaha no worrys and either what god created is broken or he wanted his job to never end :P

Thanks mechaerik.

Also ive redone the horse of the Knights since he ressembled too much the Templar and Hospitaller one . Updated picture and download.

Great unit! I pasted them into my Fairy Tale mod where they will be playing the role of The Imperial Guard, and I can only say that that is a VERY honourable position indeed. The red/purple clouring and high quality textures suits my imagined Imperial Guard perfectly.

Keep the good work up. I'll be following your production to see what's coming!

Glad to be of service :D

EDIT: as for what follows well i got only basic photoshop and NifViewer dont expect anything brilliant. I worked on 2 jerusalem knights dismounted and mounted but they are too crappy and not as i liked them so I`ll need to retouch them and see maybe i get lucky again who knows. Plus my mod is lieing dead at the 2nd page again i got a 0.3 changelog but its not enough yet, you get the drift.

I was planning on a Kingdom of Jerusalem module for my Crusades module pack, so I am very interested in Jerusalem flavored units. If you need help with them let me know and if I have time I might be able to assist you somehow.
