Crash on Istanbul Victory

I get a crash taking Constantinople playing Turks with 600AD unlocked civs map. Latest RFC. Latest 3.13 BTS patch.

1. Load the save. Crossbowman should be the selected unit just southeast of Constantinople.
2. Move him in and get the crash right after combat victory.

Is this a bug? Is it easy to fix? Should I roll back to an older version? Can we roll back to an older version?

I had that once. I think if you capture Athens first the crash will not happen.

I'm afraid I can't open the save, as my version is no longer compatible. However, I recall I had to deal with that bug once, and I came to the conclusion that it isn't a RFC-related bug

Hmm. I'm not that far into it so I guess I can start over and take Athens first and hope that works.
