Crashing Multiplayer!

I dunno if there's a different forum for this kind of question, but i'm assuming multiplayer is pretty close. Anyway, i've gone through all the FAQs and all the port checks and whatnot and ive concluded my computer is about as open as mechanically possible. However, whenever I get to the multiplayer portion of the game i get a blue screen that boots me right offline and pretty much causes a restart cause everything's exploding. Just curious if anyone has had this problem or fixed this problem cause i've heard all but too much about problems from this game. Thanks in advance for whatever help may come out of this post.
