OK - so here's a revised version of my Southern Province to fit in with Rik's to give us a 3 province proposal.

Not until we have cities there, so Province 6 is a possible, the rest, not yet. They're in preparation for the continent turning Pink!

Great work Furiey - really. When you put your proposals up, I saw the other colors, and was wondering about extra provinces.
GeZe, a Governor must be assigned when there are three cities in a province. Until then, it's pretty much at the discretion of the President.

Furiey, for province 8 (wow, does that ever remind me of DG2! 
), I'd rather see the borders run on the inside of the mountains, then along the river.
It loses 6 mountains, but gains 6 other tiles.
EDIT: You forgot the Greek/Egyptian island.

It does make the borders of Province 8 look nicer, but there are effects on the surrounding provinces either in terms of size (version A) or shape (version B)
