Critical MODBuddy crash

There is a MODBuddy crash that occurs when MODBuddy loads.

"Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.VisualStudio.Shell.UI.Internal' or one of its dependencies. Operation is not supported. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131515)"
I really don't know what this could mean, and I could use some help.

I'm not really sure, have you tried re-installing visual studio?
