CtD at main menu.

I have been playing the Vanilla civ4 BTS on my system with no problems, I installed the 3.17 and 3.19 patch and now the game CTD's when it goes to the initial menu screen.

I am running a quad core 2.4Ghz processor,
4 GB Ram
Geforce GTX 560 1gb
Windows 7 pro x64

I attached my DXDiag log
and the init.txt log file

any suggestions would be appreciated

Regrettably you may need to re-install Civ IV as per my thread at the top of the forum.
