CTD Issue

Every time I go to play a game, I get a CTD with a Runtime Error once the loading bar gets to Init Graphics. Is this just from a bad install of RAND or something else?

If the game stops at Init Graphics I would first reduce the graphic details and then the size of the map. See if the game stops at this point on a Duel-sized map too.
