CTRL+R only shows a few resources

I started a new game and when I toggle show all resources it doesn’t label many resources within and without my borders such as wheat, barley, poultry, and mango, yet it labels coffee, parrots, vanilla and tea. Not sure if this is a bug, or if there is an option I unconsciously toggled in CTRL+ALT+O.

I’m new to SVN.

In CTRL+Alt+O under the C2C tab is an option about resource display, however it doesn’t seem to affect the resources I’m seeing labeled

zoom out to globe view and select "Everything" in the list that appears where the scoreboard normally is.
