Culture Victory didn't trigger.

Hi everyone. I managed to get as much as 77/72 Tourism in my game but the culture victory movie would not trigger. Fortunately I had a saved game that had me at 69/72 and I was able to load it and play it again. The second time I managed to trigger the movie.

That was yesterday afternoon. This morning I tried four times to reproduce my bug (I am now using 1.0.0.26 (221715)) using a saved file with me having less than 72 Tourism (69/72). Every single time I am able to trigger the movie, but yesterday I could trigger the movie only half the time. When I open my file that I saved at 77/72, I am not able to trigger the movie after ending my turn no matter what I do.

I couldn't find anyone experiencing the same bug in this forums so I thought I would join the community to make my post. I don't know how to find saved files in the computer, so tell me how if I should add it here. For now I will be sure to save my game before I go over the Tourism required for victory so I don't get stuck with a long game and no culture victory to show for it.

I just signed up to say we've had the same bug today in a Cloud Game we've been playing. Hugely annoying.

I know this is an old post, but the bug seems to be back.

For the record, my brother had 173/167 visiting tourists as France, and the "Culture Victory Imminent" message had been there for a while. The victory never triggered. Maybe the bug is specific to cloud games?

I seen this reported on the Steam forums and on reddit as well. This makes me not want to bother with Culture Victory again until I'm certain there's been an attempt by Firaxis to address the issue.
