I made a mistake, this is my second game and I am really happy with the way I managed to settle my continent. I kept all the other civs to a pathetic tech level. However, I have enabled all the possible victory conditions, and I fear to win the game prematurely by a cultural win.
How do I lower my culture progression ?
Is there a way to remove this victory condition ?

I don't want to be kicked out of the game before I really wipe out the other civs

First of all: you can continue playing after you won. After the replay & score stuff you'll be asked if you want to go on. You won't get any score from then on but everything else is normal.

You can'T reduce your culture, you can only stop it from growing by removing all culture producing buildings, which would simply be stupid since buildings like cathedral/colloseum/library/university are necessary!

You can choose which victory condition are allowed/forbidden right before starting the game at the screen where you choose your nation/enemies etc.
