Cumulative Football Quiz

Here's a wild shot from someone who don't even know about it:

Frank Arnesen?

No, that's not it. I'll wait until Monday to give the answer, if nobody makes another shot.

maybe a laudrup. i say michael.

Jan Molby?
A rare example of a player who got better as he got older and fatter. He could put the ball on any spot on the pitch and would do so regularly, never bothering to leave the centre circle for the whole match. Ruud Gullit was also able to do this, but these kind of players are still rare. David Beckham can play some wonderful long passes, but he seems to hit them too far and can't just make them stop in the ideal place like Molby could. :)

No, it was none of those. The answer was Preben Elkjær-Larsen, who played for Denmark in the 80s, with a total of 69 caps and 38 international goals. He was a great forward and made a great impact in Euro 84 and WC 86.

Perhaps I should post another question.

Everyone knows Maradona's "Hand of God" against England in Mexico 86.In Copa america 95, Brazil and Argentina met in the quarter finals, and Maradona was a commentator for an argentinian TV. Then, with Argentina winning 1-0, came a cross and Brazilian striker Túlio, controlled the ball with his hand and scored. After that Brazil won on penalties. After the match, when he heard about the anger of the argentinians and Maradona, he said: "It was the hand of *****, since the hand of God is already taken."
So, how did he call his goal?

satan?:satan:

Sorry guys, I got sick in the last days. :(
You're on the right track willem. Keep going.

That's it willem. The answer was indeed "The Hand of Virgin Mary".

:D Yeah well. Jezus and Maria where the only real options. ;)

Easy one:
What is the record of no goals against (how many minutes) and who has it?

for a goalkeeper?

Does the record belong to Abel of Atletico Madrid?

Dino Zoff - 1472 minutes.

I hope it's not Peter Shilton.
