Custom Civ Question

I really love downloading and including custom civs from people on here but I'm a little confused with the diplomacy screen. They're all Cleo, some of them are blank which is fine but is there any way to stop Cleo from popping up everywhere?

LOL, the solution without mod buddy has that glitch, in mine at least, cleo appears in my leaders screen, like teaching history: "here are these guys..." ehehe But does not appear in other leaders screen, but they are static.
