Custom Difficulty preferences?

Figured I'd give this an ask since it isn't here: what sort of preferences do you have for custom difficulty if you play with it?

Mine are to turn off any Combat Strength bonuses/maluses (AI at Governor, Independents at Sovereign or higher).
