Custom Earth Map Mod, choosing civs

Can someone tell me where I can find that mod that allows you to play Rhye's Earth map and choose what civs are in?

wow, no one answered this question? what a supportive environment we have here[/dripping sarcasm], you need a clean version of the map, the problem with this is making one, If one already exists thats great but if it doesnt youll have to take out all the information that defines what civilizations are present, the problem with this is that there doesnt seem to be any science to it. half the time My maps crash for no discernable reason.
