[Vanilla] Custom Map Barbarian Issues (Civ 6)

Hi!

I recently made my first map in the World builder, and once I figured out how to do it everything's been going fine....except one thing. Barbarians. When I load the map, the barbarian encampments gain another scout. They're all supposed to start with one I believe, but I've loaded it a couple times now and so they all have 4 scouts at this point. I wouldn't mind if it was just one extra scout for that game but they -stay-. I mean, they're just scouts so it's really not a big deal but it's annoying. I don't wanna load this map down the road and have like 8 scouts per barbarian camp.

Also there are no barbarians spawning on or from the encampments, just these initial scouts...I've seen posts that say to make sure no civ is on Team 22 but nothing says HOW to check or change that. I'm new to modding and the world builder so it's a bit frustrating.

-It's a standard size map, 8 civilizations and 12 city states.
-Barbarians and Tribal Villages are both allowed on the map, neither are unchecked.
-I've been using the in-game world builder because I don't think there's another version in the Development Tools thing.
-I usually choose Random Civs for the AI Players and either Trajan or Tokimune for my own.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
Also please if possible, computer words and file editing are...not my strong points. I've been trying to find simple-explanations to things but all the stuff I find is just like "Do this" but with no explanation on exactly how to "do" it.
 
In the top left, select the players menu. Find the AI Barbarian player, remove it and add it back. This removed all those scouts for me, and further, didn't add them again on reopen later.
 
The Team 22 issue is a civ5 (five) issue not related to civ6 (six) at all.
Don't place barb encampments on premade maps. The game does not "track" these pre-placed barb encampments properly in my experience, and so does not generate barb units from them properly. It did not do so either in civ5 -- barb camps that were pre-placed on a custom map in Civ5 (five) were not "tracked" or "registered" with the game's insternal mechanisms and so never spawned barbarian units.
