How to update a custom map (add some Steam mods contents)

Hello everyone, I recently created a map in the WorldBuilder. Everything works well but I would like to use some new contents from Steam (new mods which I subscribed to).

- When I load my .civ6map in the world builder, I'm not able to see those new contents,
- If I create a new map, I'm able to see them.

Is it feasible to create a new map based on my old one?
