Rules...
1. Customize World
2. Optimally use a map size that fits your screen at full game resolution precisely (mine's Pro Retina at 15.4 inches [2880 pixels wide by 1800 pixels tall {5,184,000^2 pixels}], so 20 hexes wide by 50 hexes tall [1000^2 hexes] seems to be the "ideal" fit).
3. Cheat Mode used only to reveal the map and enemy cities & city garrisons (no other cheating is allowed).
4. As few barbarians as possible
5. No Restarts or Spaceships (not enough time in this category)
6. All seven nations if possible, it's almost certain you'll get fewer on such puny map sizes.
7. Three Eons for longer stretches of fertile land, leave every other map setting at the defaults.
8. doesn't matter who you play as this time (so feel free to play as Rome AKA the game's default).
