custom_continents broke

Single Player: When creating a custom game using "custom_continents," I find my settler on a tiny island (1 or 2 squares in size). This used to work okay in the original version--and is nice when you want time to develop before running into the other civs.

After playing around with it, I've found that the combination of reducing the number of teams AND selecting "Number of Continents" = "One Per Team" is the cause of the weird behavior.

Germane Custom Game Settings:

Number of Teams: 5

Map Type: custom_continents
Map Size: Large
Number of Continents: One Per Team
