CvGameCore DLL projects

Hi guys, quick question:

Is loading just the CvGameCoreDLL_Expansion2 project (i.e. removing the base/vanilla and expansion1 projects) sufficient for creating the DLL?

No need to remove them from Visual Studio, don't select Build from the top menus (which builds all three DLLs) just right-click the Exp2 project and select Build from there (as that just rebuilds the single project)
