I havent seen this anywhere on the forums yet so for those of you who have downloaded the game from Direct2Drive, there is a hotfix/patch available for you here

Its 113.8MB so could the patch be a similar size?

Heh, I thought a hot fix was supposed to be a quick patch that cannot wait till a formal patch / service pack. 113.8 MB is bigger than Civ2.
