I bought Civ 5 from Direct to drive, and since it's the digital deluxe version, it's supposed to come with the soundtrack. So my question is: how do I get the soundtrack?

Another question: I'm trying to download Civ III through Gamespy Comrade but it keeps telling me: "Download failed! No mirrors available for this file". It downloads fine for a while but then this comes up. What should I do?
