My scientists have studied the problem and have determined that the Sumer & Iroquois nations recent entry to the Middle Ages was the cause for this blight upon the land. Just so that Calis won't feel that they are picking on just him I just spotted 2 stacks of 5 BH each that are next to my northern EW defense force.
