DDS Converter

Does anybody know if there is an application that converts photoshop files to dds files for mac? I want to convert an image that I created in photoshop to a dds file so that I add Simon Bolivar to the game. If anybody can help by either posting the name of the application or by posting a dds file with the image located in http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Simón_Bolívar_-_Martín_Tovar_y_Tovar.jpg to size 512x512 pixels.

Thank you very much. I couldn't save the picture as a .dds file because I'm using a mac. The mod will be for home use only. But if I upload it you'll take the credit for Bolivar.
