Declared war against myself?

This is absolute craziness. I am the only country that has a defensive pact, which happens to be with Roosevelt. I share a continent with Japan, which is my vassal, Roosevelt and Napoleon. I declare war on Napoleon and what happens? Roosevelt and Tokugawa declare war on me as well. But the fun doesn't stop there, I am also at war with myself. If I move one of my units over another one of my own units, they attack each other. It doesn't matter if it is in my own borders or enemy. Also, the sidebar that shows the different countries and scores shows (war) next to my name, indicating that I am at war with myself. This is the craziest bug that I have seen and I haven't seen anyone else post with this issue? What's the deal? Also I have tried reloading and waiting a few more turns to declare war but get same results. I have also tried declaring war on my Vassal (same results)and Roosevelt (same results). It's like there is a defensive pact that didn't get published with advisors, but even so, how does that make it possible that my own troops attack each other?

It is called "Civil War" .

It is already more than 1 month since Warlords Launch, but no patch given to us, who faithfully buy Warlords maybe within 1 or 2 weeks of its launch.
