[Defense]HowTo Beat Ghost Samurai Wave?

I'm doing just fine until the samurais arrive.
I have 8 cities (only one defended with one unit), a few already pretty high level hill/tundra and jungle warrior which stop everything until this wave. But when the samurais suddenly arrive I loose everything. The easily beat down every last on of my units. No matter if it is a terrain type warrior or a cavalieror a maceman they beat everyone.

so how can I stop them?
