Defensive alliances with suzerain city states

Players should be able to guarantee the independence of City States. Whether this is tied to those who you are suzerain of, or not. Guaranteeing would give you a free envoy, but would mean you are automatically called to war if they are attacked. Other Civs would then have something else to think about before deciding to attack.

I agree, that and we should be able to give an ultimatum to the other Civs to stop attacking in X amount of turns or we go to war, along with any other civs that are you are aligned with/are attacking the CS as well.
