Defensive/Offensive Bonuses

I wish they would implement a way for units to have an advantage/disadvantage on certain terrains. Eg: A tank would benefit greatly in open terrain while its pretty useless in a city (sitting duck) lets say. I wish the editor would let you set unit properties like that instead of putting a huge defense bonus in a city or any other tile..that applies to any unit in that tile. Hopefully Conquests have implemented this.
 
oh yeah, also would like to see a limit to how many units you can fit into a single tile at one time. For modding anyway.
