Deity plus modification question

Does anyone remember how to edit and avoid getting the "Enthusiastic" reading for difficulty level at Deity+1, +2, etc.? I changed it in the "game" file and also "rules", but the final score screen still lists the difficulty level as "Enthusiastic", "Worshipful",etc.
I remember that there was a solution for this (many moons ago), but I'll be blown if I can find it.

If there is a way, I don't know how to do it. I've never really cared about that part. There's probably a list somewhere that you have to change. Look for a list of difficulty levels followed by a list of attitudes, and then add extra difficulty levels to the end of that list.
