Deluxe Edition bug...City States gift Babylonian unit

As you can notice in my save i'm playing as Napoleon and i got gifted a unit from Almaty city state. The gifted unit is the Bowman which is unique to Babylonians.

I would like to confirm this issue.

I was playing yesterday and was gifted a war chariot from a city state while I was playing as Arabia. It was a custom game and Egypt wasn't even in it (I didn't want competition for wonders).

I also noticed that when playing as Rome a city state gifted me a regular catapult instead of a ballista. How did this get through play-testing?

Can you please try to reproduce the description from the savegame in the first post?

I trust you when you say it happened, but it is important to have a savegame, where such things can be reproduced.
