I figure this thread can be used for Dot Maps and City Name ideas

I've compiled a list of names that can have "ton" - "ville" - "City" "Town" added to the end of them

birdbrain, blockhead, bonehead, boob, bore, buffoon, chump, clod, clown, cretin, dimwit, dolt, dope, dork, dumb ox, dunce, dunderhead, dupe, fathead, goat, gomeral, gomeril, goose, halfwit, idiot, ignoramus, illiterate, imbecile, innocent, jackass, jerk, lamebrain, laughing stock, lightweight, loon, lunkhead, meathead, moron, nerd, nincompoop, ninny, nitwit, numskull, oaf, omadawn, ownshook, pushover, sap, schlemiel, silly, Simpleton, stooge, sucker, turkey, twerp, twit

I'm personally fond of:

Dupeton
Doltville
and
Oafton

 My H.S. woodworking teacher Mr. Aimone called us dunderheads when we were not honing properly. Love it.
*South Dunderhead has a nice ring to it as does Nikki Hilton Head
I also like Dorkmaniacatchit!
In honor of our namesake how about Igoropolis?

In Massachusetts, Middle- is a common prefix for town names (at least in my county). My home town Middleboro, for example.

Middlesucker? Middledunce? Middletwit? Middledork?

Grumpytown
Sleepyville
Dopeyton
Docburg

We could play off the K.I.S.S. stuff.

Smoochville
Puckerland
Snogton
Lingus

There's a good brewery in bethel..

Twitburg
Bipolarton
Skitzo Frenia
Keggerton

I once had a pyshco girlfriend named Beth who rode the "el".

How 'bout

Colon's Pass
Toadyton
Cretin's Landing
Stonehead

Oafopolis , I like it. :D

I wonder if you can name a town " " (without the "s) ... :hmm:

Or we could name it ___. To represent our empty heads.

EDIT: Just tried it. " " is not possible (you need at least one character), but ___ is! So is ----, ?, and <blank>. :mischief:

That might fall under the rule that you won't make names that confuse the other teams.
