No. Harming muslims.

In the "Ask a Muslim" thread, I asked a very knowledgeable Muslim, well-versed in the Muslim scriptures and jurisprudence, whether criticising the faith after becoming an apostate counted as major apostasy. The reply he gave me was that yes, it was major apostasy.

The punishment for major apostasy is death.

You could also argue (as he doubtless will) that by weakening their belief in their faith, the apostate who is criticising Islam is actually harming Muslims, thus deserving of such a punishment.

Let me ask you the same three questions I did to someone else earlier:

a) Do or do you not admit that this oral tradition (of the Hadith) is violent?

b) Do or do you not admit that laws based on this oral tradition will be violent if this tradition is followed in letter AND spirit?

c) Do or do you not admit that Islamic law is based on this oral tradition, and that this oral tradition is a valid and authentic source of Muslim law?

Are you kidding me? That's an eye-opener... If catholics only follow the old one, what makes it different from the Jewish religion? Where does Jesus come in? It's the new testament that makes it christianity for christ sake (gotta love the irony here).

And about sexual moral..and basically other morales. If God and/or Allah are really as cool and great as a lot of people suppose, they wouldn't be so strict. As long as you don't hurt someone, what can be wrong about it?

On a different note, if they are truely celestial, why do they need mankind praising them so much? They should be above that.

What do you mean? The muslims in europe arent assimilating nearly as well as the ones in the U.S.

Where are the pictures of the Jews calling the people to fight and kill for Judaism? Where are the hidden camera videos showing the rabbis teaching hate to kids?

Where are the posters the Jews carried in the streets that said, "Jews will dominate" and "Freedom go to hell!" ?

Where are they? Do you have them?

Because that is exactly what the Islamists are doing in England. The textbooks were just found to have racist teachings in them, saying Jews are monkeys and Christians are pigs. I don't remember this kind of hate being spread by the Jews in Nazi Germany.

Perhaps you could show me some of the parallels? I see none.

What we are "listening to" is what the Muslims themselves are saying. What we are reading is the Koran, the Hadiths. What we are listening to is the requests made of the government for Sharia law, a law that is grossly misogynist, grossly unfair, grossly stuck in medieval culture. There is not even one parallel to how the Nazis treated the Jews in Germany. In fact, the opposite is true. Jews are terribly persecuted by Muslims, just as Christians are.

you have completly misunderstood me becuase i totally agree with you about what your saying with the muslim in britian but i dnt think that i agree with the people in this thread saying that islam isn't to blame and that christians and jews are just as bad or that the west is just as bad
