In high school we (well not me I was to chicken) used to go into the library, take a screen capture of the desktop and then delete the icons from the desktop. THEN change the wallpaper to the screen capture we just took.

Then sit bac and watch people try to actually USE the computer. They'd be clicking all over wondering why the machine wasn't doing anything.

Juvenille but amusing.

I've done this before. . . take a screenie of the login screen, move the icons of the desktop and make the screenie the wallpaper. Ah, the good ol' days. Sigh. .. now I miss taping the hook's on the phone so they couldn't answer the phone. . . .

i was just thinking about doing that a few hours before reading this! I felt like it was so orriginal too :p

My current wallpaper is from the CIV3 modding team I am a member of.

Look earlier in this thread. I did that to my mom...quite funny.

I'm too lazy to post it, but my current background is the original Dr. Strangelove posters - the ones with the bombers and the American and Soviet leaders on the phone.

If only I could use those brilliant TV spots as a background...*sigh*
