Yesterday patched the last patch to BtS.
And now I cannot (again) open the save sent by Donsig.
Any solution, please?

The 3.13 patch of BtS changes a file in the normal Civ4 folder.
There's some discussion of it here. It seems that Firaxis once again has delivered an incompatible patch.
The problem is that if you want to have a correctly working vanilla 1.74, you can't have a correctly working BtS 3.13 at the same time. I think more reports like this will pop up the following days, hopefully there will be a solution too.
