2 ways:

1. When you write a new post scroll down a little and should see "Additional Option" You should beable to see the button that says "Manage Attchments" Click that and follow the directions.

-OR-

2. Scroll even farther down at the botton of the page to be exact. Right above the advertisement their is a little bar their with options. Click "Upload File" and follow the directions. Anything under 500k will be deleted after awhile.

Yeah, I like Russia. It's been a while since I've played them, but it's an interesting trait combo and Catherine the Great is among the more bovine of the leaderheads.
