Diablo 3?

Don't forget they have lost most of the team that created diablo.
#1- How did they lose most of the team?
#2- Hire another Team =^.^=

#1 - They lost most of the team due to conflicts with blizzard management. Just like blizzard also lost the mastermind behind the plot and story of Warcraft... due to it's management.

They left to start their own company as so many do. I think it is the company that created Titan Quest, someone will correct that if I got it wrong.

You can rarely find replacements to carry on, you can see the lose when Reynolds left the civ world and Bruce left and the game suffered. Not that it was not a good game, but those guys cannot be replaced.

Blizzard needs more creative people in their team, fire all the boring Corporate people, they cost too much money :D
EDIT: Oops typo xD

The new company (Flagship Studios) is working on Hellgate: London, which is supposed to be very similar to the Diablo in theme. Titan Quest had nothing to do with the former Blizzard employees.

Thank you again, Wikipedia.

As I said earlier... they went more than just to Flagship Studios. ArenaNet (Guildwars) is another example of former blizzard employee's. Here's the full list:

* Flagship Studios[3], currently working on Hellgate: London and Mythos.
* ArenaNet[4], creator of Guild Wars.
* Ready At Dawn Studios[5], creator of Daxter.
* Red 5 Studios[6], currently working on a yet to be announced next-gen title.
* Castaway Entertainment[7], currently working on a yet to be announced next-gen title.
* Hyboreal Games[8], currently working on a yet to be announced next-gen title.
* Nethera Studios[9], currently working on a yet to be announced next-gen title.
* Jimmy Vienneau[10], currently works for HTTP-Tunnel Corp. A sock/HTTP program for Warcraft games

So.. to summarize. Blizzard lost enough employee's to make 7 new game studio's. Mark Kern... the mastermind behind all of the Warcraft games... is currently with Red 5.

What they have learned in their time as Blizzard employees they should use well. :)

Blizzard's just attached to WoW now -- I'm wondering how they'll end up when they either finish up the WoW storyline or make WoW a never-ending story. That's OT already, though.

This topic should die now. :p
