Let's talk about which sides we played, what we did, fave units, etc.

Well, I started out with the Americans, but am playing as the Nazis right now. I started out bombing England heavily, then took Budapest and Bucharest. After that, I consolidated my forces, sent tanks to Afrika, knocked out Cairo and Alexandria, and then launched into the Middle East. I took Istanbul and Ankara, driving south from there into Baghdad, then took Athens and Crete, driving from Crete with an amphib invasion of Jerusalem. Right now, I control 85% of the Mid East.

I am playing the Japanese. It's about February 1942, I've taken all Chinese cities, and I am at the gates of Baghdad. I have launched my invasion of India, though I need more units to continue. Southeast asia is entirely mine, I've taken the Philipines, and Guam. I am assembling forces to attack America.

Japan is really easy, IMO...

I'm playing as the Soviet Union. The farthest the Germans got was to Kiev and Odessa. I built some squadrons of jet interceptors and weaved my way into Berlin and stretched out from there. I've destroyed the European Axis, so my empire now stretches from coast to coast and most of north Africa, across Asia into Afghanistan. I've also broken my peace treaty with Tito and took Alma-Ata (the last stronghold of Tito.) I'm currently building my empire, waiting for the United States to exhaust their resources in fighting in Japan...America will be at my mercy.

I am playing as Germany, I have taken London by September.
I am now engaged in my buildup for Invading Stalin's turf!

I hope I don't run into rmsharpe and his jet interceptors, or I'm in trouble.

I take it you done some intense research to get jet flight?

My (beta) game year is now 1953. I'm going to start again on the update.

And aside from getting the secret weapons plant, jet flight was the first thing I went for.

I'll look into it...depends if it involves having to make the map all over again!

Depends on having to remake the map, eh? So, basically, no. Though FW maps convert to MGE, the opposite doesn't work We'll just have to settle with MGE for now, but that's not too bad, is it?

as far as i know, MGE will run on FW and FW will run on MGE, they're pretty much the same game..

I didn't reject the idea...
If I get the chance I might do a regular version...wait and see!

It is now June1941, the Battle for Britain failed miserably.....my airforce was decimated, and i could've taken london but a damn AT Defense stopped me at the end and they reinforced it, lost 49 units first turn....I'm about to invade Russia

Issue, now i think alliances should be broken whenever a player wants instead of having the alliance broken at a certain time(German-Soviet June 1941) Also in this alliance it was broken during the Soviets turn so they had the first strike.....which isn't historically accurate

September 1941!
Every city from the German border to Stalingrad/Moscow/Kalin/Saratov have been conquered, Murmansk and LEningrad are cut off from the rest of the Red Army.
Baghdad has been taken, so has Madrid.
Greenland is in Axis hands and a push into south africa is being undertaken.
With the quick German victory in the east the German High Command is preparing a new plan for the Invasion of Britain

Getting the wehrmacht onto the UK soil and keeping the Sig 33s and artillery attacking is the key!

I have an open season under construction!

You will be able to break alliances, research jets, etc whenever you want them!

As the United States, I was able to research everything I needed to before 1943. I started building Supply Convoys as soon as I could and shipped them to Britain in order to get a tech a month while still making good money.

It is now May of 44 and I control almost all of the Axis and half the Japanese home islands.

January 1944.

The major hotspot now is the Eastern front, as forces are stationed around the Pacific.

IN THE PACIFIC:

Many ill-fated attempts by the Japanese to invade my forces in the Pacific have worn down the morale of the Japanese military. Despite the cease of attacks on U.S. targets, continuing hostilities flare between the United Kingdom and the Japanese.

Japan has nearly invaded all of China, and is now moving into Burma.

IN EUROPE:

Amsterdam has been liberated from the Axis for about six months now. Amsterdam is now a key port city for the British to enter the heart of the Nazi empire. Odessa, Kiev, Minsk, Moscow, and Stalingrad are under Hitler's whims. Leningrad and Kalinin remain under Russian control, but likely not for very long.

Portugal has been conquered by the Axis, and is likely preparing for a full-scale invasion of Spain and Gibraltar.

IN NORTH AFRICA:

Little has happened, though parts of Tripoli and Adis Abeba remain under Italian control.

March 1942, i have conquered all of England all of the Mediterranean, all of Africa, all of the Middle East all of Western Russia up to PERM, all of Scandanavia, all of Greenland, Iceland I'm building H Class Battleships as we speak, and i'm preparing a Panzer push into India from the Middle East

Comrades! I am proud to annouce the destruction of the nazi empire as the glorious Red Army,
backed up by rockets and T34 tanks, stormed the nazi cities of Berlin Munich and Hamburg!

Helped by our noble allies, the UK and USA, Russia now rules from the Atlantic to the Pacific!

It was a hard fought battle, with Moscow and Stalingrad down to their last defender once or twice, but the power of Red Army and Red Air weapons eventually took a toll on the facsist hordes!

We have detroyed Hitler and his crack troops, and a world of peace is on the cards!

As soon as I deal with those pesky Japanese!

Ok the messege on September 1942 about the RAF getting the Typhoon fighter well it doesn't make sense, first it says that Typhoon is the best tank buster and then it says German bombers will be afraid to fly over the skies of Britain.....why be afraid of a tank buster?

It was a reference to the the date, more than the unit.
Historically, The luftwaffe was lucky to get into British airspace unscathed at this point in the war, due to the UK's air defence system.

The Typhoon kills tanks, but it can shoot down bombers too!
