how do people get different avatars and chage the chieftain thing under their name?

Chieftain- how do you change this?

To clarify:30 post and 30 days and you can customize you subtitle and upload a custom avatar,get to one hundred post and your default subtitle is Warlord.to change your avatar to anothe provided one go into your controll panell,go into "Edit Avatar",find a pic you like click on it,then scroll down and click "Save Changes"

Less than 100 posts= Cheiftan
100-300= Warlord
300-500= Prince (me)
500-700= King
700-1000= Deity

Not 100% about this. After 30 posts and 30 days, how do you change the subtitle?
