Chieftain for leisurely games, regent normally... so that averages out to Warlord.

Regent, but I'm becoming decent enough at it to consider a move to Monarch.

I advanced past Chieftain, and I have nearly mastered Warlord. In fact, if I had any time to play Civ 3 any more, I could likely do good on Regent, since I have done good on Warlord before. Stupid lack of time . . .
