Man. Good ideas in this thread. I tried my first liberty-ics with Babylon. It worked out, but took like 220 turns to win (had like 6 puppet cities that always messed up my happy- game was sadly hosted with 12 cs). I will have to try trad to liberty, for landed elite, monarchy, and meritocracy (only). Then hopefully piety, with order later and rationalism for gs buys end game.
What are the rules for annexing nowadays? I need to learn these so i know what to do with the millions of annoying cs cities I'm always conquering.
