[diplomacy] AI (Ghandi) asked me to declare joint war and then he denounced me

I was in good relationship with Ghandi, who asked me to declare a war against someone. I agreed and in next turn he denounced me for being too aggressive.

He seems to do that if he's a peacekeeper but the warmonger is too powerful for him to handle. Had one game where he asked me perpetually to go to war with Gorgo.

Sounds like they need to add a ruleset exception to him to allow/ignore some level of warmonger status if he asked for a joint war or something.
