This was a nice lop sided deal that came out of no where. This deal should happen on turn 58 (auto save is on turn 50). Note the only other 2 mods I have on is infoaddict (latest) and color religions.

That's rather interesting! The game core offers AI deals, so I doubt I can change that easily.

I did and the funny thing is I have allied with a bunch of his enemies, so I doubt I'll be getting any nice deals or messages from now on.
