Diplomacy Screen Bug

Hi everyone, this problem started to appear: when I clic in a diplo screen it turn gray for a second, but immediately it appear as always but in the left-supperior says "THERE IS NO DIPLOMACY SCREEN..." (I guess everyone know that message). Sometimes is annoying. There is an image down there, I hope someone know what happens. Here is what I've tried:
*I disabled every mod and still happen
*It just started after I tested CCTP v1.0
