Does it help to have a diplomat to improve relations between civilizations?

if not it would be very nice if they could remove warmoger and bad relations over time.

Too human exploitable.

Besides historically you would have a lot of major civilizations contesting diplomacy between other major civilizations which you see in Vox Populi already with third-party declaration of war and brokering peace. There are little if any at all cases of where a smooth talker was able to justify World War 2's Allied atrocities and such or even other contemporary past wars.

But Ai will use this function to? To improve relations between civilizations if they want! They should be kicket out if denounced!

I almost doesent use diplomats in my games. How and why are u using them?

I know it opens more deals but i dont think it is worh it!

I think you do get a positive diplomatic modifier, as well as a tourism bonus
