Direct2Drive 1.09 patch? Hello?

Apparently so, however D2D customer support will probably be a more reliable source of information. Asking them about a Civ4 patch may also have the beneficial side effect that they then now that their customers need it.

I went ahead and sent their customer support a message asking if a Civilization patch for their D2D customers is planned.

Hopefully if they get enough messages they'll be pursuaded to release one.

I've learned my lesson about shopping from there, though.

I dled the patch. I didn't get any of the install issues I was reading about for other people. However, I haven't gotten a chance to play the game yet.... Dang college...
